The only justified on the first the Auschwitz trial in 1947, was Dr. Hans münch. He was a member of the NSDAP and the SS, but was the only employee of Auschwitz, who did not participate in the division of the incoming prisoners to work, experiment and "suicide." Although münch conducted experiments on prisoners, he tried to resort to various tricks to stretch the experiences for as long as possible, and to cause harm as little as possible. Thus he saved many lives as test subjects, which could not bring any benefit, sent to the gas chambers.
